Cancellation & Deposit Policy
At CEA Brows, I understand that sometimes life gets in the way — things happen and plans change. That’s why I don’t operate a strict cancellation policy; however, if two appointments are cancelled, I will kindly require full payment upfront for any future bookings. For PMU (semi-permanent makeup) appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot due to the time and preparation involved in these treatments. For all other eyebrow treatments, including brow lamination, no deposit is required.

Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing technique designed to enhance the shape, symmetry, and fullness of your eyebrows. It’s ideal for sparse brows or for anyone wanting to reduce the time spent applying makeup daily.
I use a digital machine with ultra-fine needles, which gently implants pigment into the skin in a controlled and even way. This method is suitable for most skin types and allows for soft, precise results.
Yes. Every set of brows is individually designed to suit your face shape, skin tone, hair colour, and natural brow growth, ensuring results that enhance your features while remaining natural and timeless. I offer a range of styles including nano brows (hair-stroke effect) and soft powder brows or a combination of shading and hair strokes. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which technique is best suited to your skin type and desired result.
PMU brows are designed to fade gradually over time, typically lasting 12–24 months depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. This allows flexibility as your face, style, and trends change.
Most clients find the treatment very manageable. A numbing cream can be applied before and during the procedure to ensure maximum comfort, although it is generally not needed. Many clients say the treatment is so comfortable they feel relaxed enough to fall asleep.
There is minimal downtime. Mild redness or swelling may occur immediately after treatment but usually settles within 24–48 hours. Some dryness and light flaking can be expected in the weeks following treatment, depending on your skin type and aftercare. Full healing takes approximately 4–6 weeks, which is when a touch-up appointment is typically recommended to perfect the results.

To secure a PMU brow appointment, a £100 non-refundable deposit is required. This can be paid in studio by cash or card, or via bank transfer if you prefer not to attend the studio prior to your appointment.
Appointments can be booked online by selecting a suitable time through the booking system. Once booked, you will receive the relevant consent forms along with deposit payment instructions.
